Exceptional service, I have only positive praise for Grant Berry, a real credit to the industry. Having listed our bungalow for some 7 months with a national chain without success we approached Grant Berry to see if they could succeed where others had failed. Approximately one month after taking on our property we had accepted an offer at the asking price! The first agents said all the right things but in reality failed us in many ways whereas the service and results we received with Grant Berry went above and beyond, especially as we lived away from the property. The only negative for us was that we wish we had approached them sooner!

I simply can't express enough how brilliant Andrew and Anna-Marie of Grant Berry were throughout our entire sale process. At valuation, Andrew was thorough and incredibly knowledgeable, he had examples of similar properties in the area and their sale prices to back up his valuation of our property. They offer a video tour option which is an additional fee (they refund it to you upon sale completion) that is totally worth the money and I believe was a strong reason that our house had a full asking price offer on it within less than a week of being on the market. During the sale process Anna-Marie was brilliant at keeping us informed of progress and chasing up loose ends in order to get our sale through. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and would highly recommend them to anybody selling or buying in our area.
